To repair your sagem mys-7 windows smart phone the following steps should be followed
1: press the combination of three keys, *+#+Power (star and hash and then power)
2: in the engeneering menu that will come up, just hit the center of the joystick (ok/validation key)
3: sellect menu 3 that is Memory Test
4: sellect menu 2 that is Nand Format,
5: after format chose exit untill first menu,
6: choose reboot to restart the mobile, this restart may take long time to complete the formating
then the phone is ok,

to change language back for those who can't understand french

in standby hit Menu (Demarrer) and chose menu 9 (Plus...) then menu 6 (parametres regionaux)
on the first line hit the joystick left or right to choose your choice language
restart phone and enjoy!
